Our story
Built on reputation, one home at a time
We started in 1970 and never drifted from what we know: modular homes. That focus is why builders, homeowners and inspectors across Connecticut recognize the name. We know the plans, the factories, the transport rules and what a foundation needs to be for a set day to go smoothly.
Based at 192 Clearfield Rd in Wethersfield, we serve Hartford County and all of Connecticut, generally within about a 100-mile radius. Carl is on the job sites, on the phone, and involved in every home we set.
The tradition continues with the next generation: C. Maratta Electric, run by Carl's son, handles residential and modular home electrical work.
